During the 2020 lockdown in the UK, I began writing music again for the first time in some years. Initially just intended as a fun and interesting thing to do, I got the bug again, so have been working on my own material and writing/producing/collaborating with many other artists.
My New Album
I’ve recently finished what would have been known as a full-length album, back when such terms meant something specific. It’s mixed and ‘in the can’, and I’m currently looking at options for the release. I hope it will come out as a hard format, there is talk of a special edition vinyl EP, but whatever way it will available digitally in the not-too-distant future. Check back here for updates.
Ella Hayes – Colour Me In
Ella Hayes is a massively talented singer/songwriter from Essex, with a voice like angels pouring honey directly into your ears, and songs packed with soul and emotion, often addressing her own experiences of addiction and recovery.
I worked with Ella over the course of 6 months, taking her guitar/voice arrangements and building them into full productions, containing many instruments and layers, including a 32-piece gospel choir.
Colour Me In is the result of our work together, and I’m massively proud of it.
Other artists
I’ve worked with a number of other artists as a writer, producer/engineer, sound designer, and really whatever I’m asked to do on any interesting project that comes my way. To hire me to work on your project, get in touch! (07967473691)
